Morning | Travel to Acatenango
After breakfast, depart Antigua and travel to Impact Project site (project details coming soon). Lunch will be provided.
Afternoon | 4x4 Ascent & Hike to Volcano Camp
After lunch, load into 4x4 vehicles for an off-road ride up Acatenango. From there, hike approximately 30 minutes to A-frame cabins overlooking the valley with direct views of Volcano Fuego’s ongoing eruptions.
Evening | Dinner & Volcano Views
Settle into camp with dinner and warm drinks as darkness falls. Spend the evening watching Volcano Fuego illuminate the night sky before resting for an early start.
Morning | Sunrise Hike to Fuego & Descent
Wake early for a guided sunrise hike toward Volcano Fuego for an up-close view of its active eruptions. Return to camp for coffee and breakfast, then descend Acatenango back to the drop-off point by 4x4.
Afternoon | Mayan Cuisine & Iximché Ruins
Travel to the town of Tecpán for an authentic Mayan lunch at Restaurant XeJun. Continue on to a guided visit of the Iximché Mayan Ruins, a sacred national monument still used by local Mayan communities for ceremonies and offerings.
Evening | Arrival at Lake Atitlán
Shuttle approximately 1.5 hours to Lake Atitlán, then transfer by private boat to your lakeside lodging. Settle in and enjoy the evening along the shore of the world-renowned crater lake.
Morning | Breakfast & Departure to Project
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before heading to the day’s impact project. Prepare for a hands-on, skills-based opportunity to support a local economic initiative in the Antigua area.
Daytime | Community Service Project
From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, participate alongside local partners in a meaningful project designed to create long-term opportunity for the community. Exact project details are pending, but expect engaging, collaborative work that leaves a tangible impact.
Evening | Antigua Exploration & Dinner
Return to Antigua and spend the evening strolling through the vibrant town square. Explore local markets, artisan shops, and historical streets before gathering for a group dinner at a local restaurant to reflect on the day’s accomplishments.
Morning | Choose Your Lake Adventure
Wake up to breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán, framed by the volcanoes Atitlán, Tolimán, and San Pedro. After breakfast, choose how you want to spend the morning:
Quetzal birdwatching in the lush highlands
Ziplining through the forest canopy with panoramic lake views
Paragliding above the lake for an unforgettable aerial perspective
Jet skiing and optional cliff jumping for a dose of adrenaline
Afternoon | Lakeside Leisure
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon around the lake—swimming, wandering nearby villages, or soaking in the views at the hotel.

Return to the hotel for a laid-back evening. Unwind, enjoy dinner, and take in the sunset over the lake.

Start the morning with a traditional homecooked breakfast overlooking Lake Atitlán. Enjoy a slow pace with free time to relax, take in the lake views, or book an optional massage onsite.
Afternoon | Explore San Juan & Weaving Cooperative
Travel to the colorful town of San Juan to explore local art shops, cafés, and community markets. Visit a traditional weaving cooperative for a demonstration on Mayan weaving techniques and natural dyes, with time to shop for authentic handmade souvenirs.
Evening | Homecooked Mayan Farewell Dinner
Gather for a celebratory final dinner hosted by a local Mayan family, featuring traditional homecooked dishes and meaningful connection around the table as you reflect on the week’s adventures together.
