You’ve spent years building your business. This is a week to build something eternal.
Kingdom Builders Retreat brings faith-driven trade and business owners together in Guatemala for seven days of adventure, collaboration, service, and spiritual growth.
You’ll put your skills to work on a real service project, helping build a business that creates lasting income for a local family. Along the way, you’ll work side-by-side with other Kingdom-minded business owners—trading wisdom, sharing challenges, encouraging one another, and exploring what it looks like to build businesses that serve a greater purpose.
This isn’t a conference in a hotel ballroom. It’s iron sharpening iron, out in the world, on mission, with purpose.
Between the work, you’ll experience Guatemala at its best—hiking volcanoes, exploring Lake Atitlán, immersing yourself in the local culture, and sharing unforgettable experiences with people who understand the weight and calling of building something from nothing.
Through worship, devotionals, meaningful conversations, and hands-on service, you’ll be challenged to remember Who you’re really building for.
Come build with us.

You want to live out your faith through meaningful Kingdom impact.
You believe the best missions are built on partnership, not charity.
You're looking for adventure that challenges you physically, spiritually, and personally.
You want to build authentic relationships with local families, entrepreneurs, and fellow travelers.
You're passionate about supporting sustainable communities that create lasting change.
You're ready to step outside your comfort zone and experience how God works across cultures.
No extreme athletic ability is required—just an open heart, a spirit of adventure, and a willingness to let God grow and challenge you.
At Endure Adventures and Go Beyond Adventure, we believe transformation happens when we serve with communities—not for them.
Every impact project is built on a community-first philosophy, prioritizing local leadership, local labor, and locally sourced materials. Your travel investment helps create jobs, strengthen small businesses, and empower communities long before you arrive.
As you step into the current phase of the project, you'll work alongside local builders and families, encouraging and supporting the vision they are already bringing to life. This isn't about being someone's rescuer—it's about becoming their partner.
Together, we'll experience the joy of building something that creates lasting impact, not only through the structure itself, but by investing in the people, relationships, and local economy that will sustain it for years to come.

Evening | Check in to Tecpan Hotel
After soaking in the simplistic way of life at Grace Table, we'll take to the local hotel, Hotel de Montana, in Tecpan to refresh and relax. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
The Grace Table is more than a bed and breakfast—it's a testament to what happens when opportunity is created through enterprise.
When Travis first stepped out in faith to build what is now Endure Adventures in Guatemala, Noelia was one of the first people he met. Today, her restaurant supports her family, and together with Go Beyond Adventure, the property is expanding to include six homestays that will welcome travelers from around the world for an authentic bed and breakfast immersive experience.
On this expedition, you'll help build the perimeter fence that will protect and prepare the property for this next chapter. It's more than a construction project—it's an investment in a place that will create jobs, strengthen families, and serve travelers for generations to come.
Full Day | Homestay Builds
Spend the day serving alongside the local team at The Grace Table, a community-driven project creating sustainable jobs and welcoming travelers through locally owned homestays. Together, we'll help with the current needs of the next three homestay buildouts, supporting the next phase of growth for this meaningful initiative.
Built on our community-first philosophy, this project prioritizes local leadership, labor, and materials—allowing your participation to strengthen both the project and the local economy. As you work alongside local builders and families, you'll experience the joy of partnering in a vision that creates lasting opportunity for generations to come.
Project Highlights:
Help local builder continue building homestays
Community-first, sustainable impact
Enjoy authentic Mayan meals all day cooked by Noelia.
Morning | Continue Impact Project
After breakfast, we'll return to The Grace Table to continue the next phase of the homestay project, working alongside local craftsmen and community members. As the project takes shape, you'll see firsthand how each day's work contributes to creating new opportunities for local families through sustainable tourism. We'll work together until lunch, celebrating the progress we've made as a team.
Afternoon | Lunch + Departure for Lake Atitlán
We'll enjoy one final meal together at Grace Table before saying goodbye to our new friends and beginning the scenic drive to Lake Atitlán.
The journey winds through Guatemala's dramatic highlands, passing colorful villages, terraced farmland, and panoramic mountain views before descending to one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.
Evening | Arrive at Lake Atitlán
Settle into the peaceful rhythm of Lake Atitlán, where towering volcanoes surround crystal-blue waters and traditional Mayan villages dot the shoreline.
We'll gather for dinner overlooking the lake, reflecting on the relationships built, the impact made at Grace Table, and the adventure still ahead.
Morning | Choose Your Lake Adventure
Wake up to breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán, framed by the volcanoes Atitlán, Tolimán, and San Pedro. After breakfast, choose how you want to spend the morning:

Ziplining through the forest canopy with panoramic lake views
