Day 1

November 14 | Arrival to Cape Town, South Africa

Upon arrival from the overnight flight, the Endure Adventures South Africa crew and shuttle will pick you up from the Cape Town International Airport and transport you to the hotel in Stellenbosch. Located about an hour from Stellenbosch, you’ll journey through the countryside and vineyards to this popular Dutch originated town. After check-in and time to freshen up, the guides will arrange meals and entertainment to the groups desire.

It’s time to sit back and turn vacation mode on!

November 15 | Kayak with Penguins

Morning | Kayak with Penguins

Launch from Simon’s Town and paddle along the rugged coastline toward Boulders Beach, home to South Africa’s famous African penguins. Glide through calm, crystal-clear waters while spotting penguins, seals, starfish, dolphins, and — during the right season — even whales offshore.

Afternoon | Cape of Good Hope Exploration + Lunch

Journey to the dramatic cliffs and coastal landscapes of the Cape of Good Hope, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. Enjoy lunch surrounded by some of the most iconic scenery in South Africa before exploring the windswept coastline and viewpoints of Cape Point.

Evening | Dinner in Cape Town

Return to Cape Town for a relaxed evening and dinner in one of the city’s vibrant coastal neighborhoods.

November 16 | Skeleton Gorge Hike + Table Mtn Cable Car

Morning | Skeleton Gorge to Table Mountain
Hike through the lush forests of Skeleton Gorge, climbing ladders and passing waterfalls on one of Cape Town’s most iconic ascents before emerging on top of Table Mountain.

Afternoon | Table Mountain Cable Car Experience

After completing your hike and enjoying lunch atop Table Mountain, descend via the scenic cable car back into Cape Town.

Evening | Dinner in Cape Town or Return to Stellenbosch

Enjoy a relaxed dinner in Cape Town’s vibrant food scene or head back to Stellenbosch for a quieter evening in wine country.

November 17 | Choose Your Marine adventure

Today is all about choice and adventure! Travelers will have the opportunity to design their own day by selecting one of three unforgettable experiences along South Africa’s breathtaking Cape coastline:

  • Cage Dive with Great White Sharks – For the ultimate adrenaline rush, step into the water and come face-to-face with one of the ocean’s most legendary predators. This once-in-a-lifetime experience offers a thrilling perspective of the Great White in its natural habitat

  • Big 5 Marine Safari Cruise – Set out on a scenic boat excursion in search of the “Marine Big 5”: whales, dolphins, seals, penguins, and sharks. This relaxed yet exciting option showcases the incredible biodiversity of the Cape’s waters.

No matter which adventure you choose, the day promises awe-inspiring moments and lasting memories along South Africa’s wild and beautiful coast.

Morning | Choose Your Adventure

  • Lion’s Head Sunrise Hike + Beach Morning
    Start the day with a sunrise hike up Lion’s Head, taking in panoramic views over Cape Town, the Atlantic coastline, and Table Mountain before unwinding at the beach.

  • MTB Stellenbosch Local Trails

    Explore the classic in-town singletrack weaving through vineyards, ridgelines, and natural sandstone terrain. Fast, playful trails — great contrast to Helderberg and Hellsend.

Afternoon | Go Beyond Adventure Service Project

Spend the afternoon serving alongside a local community partner — helping with a hands-on projects that strengthen local families and entrepreneurs. Purpose meets adventure.

Evening | Free Time

Casual dinner, rooftop drink, or early night. Up to the group.

November 19 | Stellenbosch E-bike Wine Estate Tour

Morning | E-Bike Wine Tour in Stellenbosch (≈7 miles)
Set out on a guided e-bike ride covering approximately 7 miles through Stellenbosch’s rolling vineyards, with stops at three wine estates and a local brandy distillery. The final estate includes a visit to an on-site big cat sanctuary, offering a unique look at conservation efforts alongside tastings and vineyard views. An easy, social ride designed for all levels.

Afternoon | Leisure Time in Stellenbosch
Return to town for downtime — explore the village, grab coffee or wine, relax at the hotel, or soak up the final afternoon at your own pace.

Evening | Final Dinner in Stellenbosch
Celebrate the week with a group dinner. Stories, laughs, and a perfect send-off to an unforgettable South Africa adventure.

Depending on your departure time, meals and entertainment will be arranged prior to your departure time if necessary. The Endure Adventures South Africa shuttle will transport you to the airport 3 hours prior to your departure time.

Begin the day with a sunrise game drive through one of Kruger’s most wildlife-rich regions. With your expert guide, track the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo — along quiet roads and river loops when predators are most active.

Afternoon | Rest Camp Break + Waterhole Viewing

Relax at a nearby rest camp like Berg-en-Dal, then continue exploring waterholes and riverbanks where herds gather to drink. Expect elephants, zebras, hippos, and incredible birdlife throughout the afternoon.

Evening | Sunset Return to Camp

Return to camp as the sky turns golden, ending the day with unforgettable sightings and stories from the bush.

Experience one of South Africa's most spectacular scenic drives as you explore the highlights of the Panorama Route.

Stops include:

  • Graskop Gorge Lift Company: Big Swing adventure experience + Scenic zipline through the gorge
